If you have a question about the status of an order please allow us time to process your order first. If you are waiting for a shipped order please allow at least two weeks on domestic orders, and at least six weeks on overseas orders for your order to arrive before reporting it missing. Overseas orders are sometimes held up in customs, and large parcels may not fit in your mailbox, please check with your local post office before reporting an order missing.
Special orders are charged at the time of ordering. If you are waiting for a special order please check your order status by clicking on the "My Account" link and view your order. Most special orders are filled within 6 weeks, orders that we are unable to fill will be cancelled after 6 weeks, prepaid orders will be refunded at this time.
For all order enquiries, cancellations and returns please view your order at "My Account" and use the options at the bottom of the order to request a return authorization number or cancel an unshipped order. If you have difficulty with this you may call the store at (603) 505-4432 and we will be happy to assist you. Please DO NOT send requests to change or cancel orders via email or by leaving messages. Using the website is the only way to ensure your order change request is correctly linked to the right order! After leaving a change request it may take us a few days to get back to you, please be patient.
If you have a technical difficulty with our site (not an order enquiry) you may contact our technical support team directly at support@yarnandfiber.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We cannot assist with order enquiries at this email address!
