Lotus is a beautiful plied blend that allows us to double dye: first the wool/silk plies are dyed and the bamboo stays white, then the skeins are turned and the bamboo is dyed. The silk fibers take a little of each type of dye, adding yet another layer of intriguing color. The knit fabric is slighly tweedy with a lovely firm yet soft hand. Another great luxury yarn, without the huge luxury price! And, we are now offering Lotus in all of our sandwashed solid colors, as well. Both Vogue and Knit1 magazines used solid Lotus in recent models. Luscious!
