Worked from cuff to cuff with asymmetrical front and I-cord borders, this easy to knit jacket is a natural for self striping yarns.

This jacket calls for heavy worsted weight yarn that knits to a gauge of 16 stitches = 4 inches. The pattern is written for finished bust measurements of 42, 46, and 50 inches and requires 1100, 1250, or 1400 yards of yarn respectively. 100 yards of DK or lighter yarn is required for the contrasting border.
